A tiler brought a vacuum cleaner from another supplier and found that the filters didn’t work properly on his machine and the motor melted. The filters in the machine were not able to cope with the fine concrete and plaster dust of the construction site.

We found out more about his jobs and recommended the Niflisk vacuum cleaners Attix vacuum cleaner. The XtremeClean fully automatic filter cleaning (on the XC Model) keeps the performance high without any interruptions while you work.

The models with Automatic On/Off are the choice of people who use the machine with electric hand tools because starting or stopping the tool starts and stops the vacuum, as well. An accessory Airbox is also available which performs the same function when using pneumatic tools. While dealing with fine dust the Push & Clean Filter cleaning system offers a comfortable and quick way to clean the filter.

Two of our recent customers came back raving about these machines.

The moral of the story – If you are using need to vacuum up fine dust and have an auto on/off talk to us about the Niflisk vacuum cleaners Attix vacuum cleaners

A client in the fruit processing industry used a Spitwater Rotowash with an HP201S and connected it to a conveyer belt to clean it. A couple of years later the client contacted us about a problem with the Rotowash unit. It turned out he was using the pressure cleaner and Rotowash 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 3-4 weeks at a time. He only turned off the unit off for 2-3 hours every 3 or 4 weeks. The problem was an easily replaced ‘O’ ring.

The moral of the story: The client’s conveyer no longer needed to be up to be shut-down for up to 2 days. A major saving on costs, increased productivity and cash flow.

The Husky 515 Painter will get you job done faster.

You can use the Husky 515 in place of your pressure pot. Effectively you use the Husky 515 as High Velocity Low Pressure machine. Great for multi-tasking e.g. transfer paint and use or high quality finish work e.g. doors, garage doors

You put the 515 on the drum stand to transfer paint to main airless drum e.g. line marking. It is excellent for transferring large quantities of paint. It reduces spillage, your off-sider can continue working while paint is transferring.

The overall benefit to you is increased productivity, less time cleaning the site and save dollars on the amount of paint used.

A boat owner phoned me and requested us to service a machine that used saltwater all the time. This Boxjet had been on the vessel and not serviced for about 2 years. I thought we would take it apart and then find it was ruined and he may as well buy a new one.

We took it apart and there was nothing wrong with it. We only changed the oil and valves and put it back together. The bill was about $100.

A year later the machine was serviced once again with no problem.
The moral – If you are using a machine in or with saltwater or desalinators talk to us about Spitwater’s legendary Boxjet Turbo 8/90.
